In an evening honoring many of the rising stars from Rooftop Filmmakers’ Fund, two emerging auteurs -- both recipients of Rooftop Films support -- discuss creative collaboration, community support, and the making of their visionary films. The event will take place on the roof of the 57-story W Hotel Downtown Residences, and will include a reception sponsored by Red Stripe and Bulleit Bourbon. Hosted by the Rooftop Films staff and board, whom have helped launch and further the careers of thousands of independent filmmakers. Join us to meet Benh, David, and many other Rooftop Filmmaker’s Fund grantees and celebrate 17 years of Rooftop Films.
